5. CCTV and Surveillance
DigiPlus uses closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems in its offices, gaming outlets, and facilities to ensure:

- Security of assets and infrastructure
- Documentation of incidents for investigation or legal purposes
All video footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorized personnel, and retained for a limited time unless legally required otherwise. CCTV systems are marked by proper signage in accordance with NPC and DOLE-OSH requirements.
